“There is great joy and excitement when customers visit Grand Kitchens and provide us with the opportunity to go through their journey with them, designing their very own unique and bespoke kitchen. We take pride to understand the needs of each of our customers by allowing the customer the time to sit with us and note down all the essential requirements. This will vary from the types of appliances the customer would like down to the time spent in the kitchen, its uses and family life. It is very important for us to understand that each kitchen will differ from customer to customer!”
